About the Worldwide Emergency Communications Center
The World Wide Emergency Communications Center (WECC) provides support to all the services that Innovative Practice delivers. It is the only medical platform to offer immediate access to board certified George Washington University physicians in home, onsite or anywhere in the world using remote telemedicine technology. The WECC is staffed 24/7 by medically trained operators who can professionally handle incoming calls and link clients to our medical providers.
About the Section of Innovative Practice
The Department of Emergency Medicine has been working since 1979 to expand the definition and scope of activity of Emergency Medicine practice, teaching and research. We have developed an extensive series of educational and consulting activities that literally span the globe.
Our Innovative Practice section is designed to encourage the development of modern medical solutions, embrace new technologies and enhance the delivery of medical services worldwide. Our mission is to provide highly personalized, on-demand medical solutions, for global clients through customized, confidential and innovative medical programs.
