Global Health Services (GHS) is a comprehensive, package of services designed for individuals who- whether for work, recreation or perhaps, both- spend a significant amount of their time away from home. This program provides our clients with the highest quality, personalized care available. Subscribers to the GHS program have 24 hour/7 day a week immediate access to Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians familiar with their individual health circumstance.
The goal of the GHS program is to augment any existing insurance policy, not replace it. Traditional insurance covers medical expenses, repatriation when necessary, trip cancellation and the like. However, that same traditional insurance program does not guarantee round-the-clock direct access to a physician, assess the quality of care to be administered while traveling, interpret medical diagnosis and treatment, offer referrals while traveling domestic and abroad, provide simple or complex consultations, prepare a personal medical travel bag, or ensure that a treating clinician has access to all medical information the client has pre-approved.
The GHS program is intended to support clients with pre-existing medical conditions and/or those clients traveling to areas where the availability and quality of superior healthcare is limited. Whether this service is utilized once a year or on a more frequent basis, the tangible benefit, as well as peace of mind, afforded to our clients is invaluable.
