A Proven Approach to Medical Evaluations

- Medical and Dental Screenings: Employers can rest assured knowing that employees have access to full and comprehensive on-site medical and dental screening exams. With a network of highly skilled and experienced US-trained and certified Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners, we use only state-of-the-art equipment to conduct audiology, pulmonary function, EKG, TB, HIV, urine toxicology, and blood chemistry testing. Dental and mental health screenings are also a standard part of all point-of-care interactions.
- Employee Drug and Alcohol Screening: We utilize standard commercial 10 panel multi-drug screen testing as a basic component within all deployment and re-evaluation physicals. Results are immediate since they are performed and interpreted by the practitioner onsite. All findings are confirmed with our GW-based Medical Director and an official recommendation regarding the patient's occupational health is made.
- Integrated Electronic Medical Record System: Our cloud-based EMR provides approved employer management representatives the ability to track individual employees' evaluation status through the client portal management system. This system allows representatives to group employees in multiple configurations, which helps management identify negative or positive trending throughout a variety of locales.
- Customized Personal Health Record Portal: Employees have the ability to access their secure, private Personal Health Record (PHR) from anywhere they have internet accessibility. This portal provides real-time data and makes medical record retrieval easy and efficient.

- 24/7 Reach Back: GW's Department of Emergency Medicine providers have 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week access to US-trained, Board-certified physicians in every medical specialty at the GW Medical Faculty Associates, the largest multi-specialty practice in the National Capital region.
- Local Supply Chain Infrastructure: Understanding the importance of delivering regulated and climate controlled medical supplies and equipment to foreign operating areas, the GW Department of Emergency Medicine has established a localized supply chain model that allows for the pre-position of medical supplies to the select medical evaluation location. This ensures the most timely, efficient and high quality in-theater medical evaluation service.
- Full-time Client Support: Our dedicated, project management team based in Washington, DC works closely with the client organization, foreign operating area officials, trained medical staff and client employees to provide 24/7/365 logistical and operational support.
